Active support Clifton is a Supported Hotel (respite service) based in the idyllic village of Clifton Bedfordshire.

The property is called Cedar Court a detached bungalow, there are 4 bedrooms that are adapted to accommodate most abilities. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player along with all the luxuries you would expect in a country hotel (yes even a fluffy dressing gown!), It has a large rear garden and a sunny courtyard that is accessible to all individuals, a communal living & dining area, and a large well-equipped Kitchen, for preparing delicious and nutritious meals that you have chosen from our extensive menu.

Cedar Court has views of the village church to the front and a beautiful well established private garden to the back, it is in a perfect location to access the community, situated 10 yards from the bus stop and a 10-minute walk to the local shop, public houses, restaurants , various green open spaces, and parks.

Aims of our Service

Provide a dedicated staff team 24 hours a day, to include a Registered Manager, that is well trained, supervised and motivated to deliver person-centred care to all supported individuals.

Provide accommodation, which is safe, secure, and properly maintained

Encourage Individuals, their families, and representatives to participate in planning their care delivery so that supported individuals lead a full and fulfilled life

Ensure that people who use the service are respected, privacy, dignity, choice, independence, equality, and human rights are respected always and incorporated into their care planning

Support and promote community presence and inclusion for all supported individuals

All staff are passionate and dedicated to supporting individuals in a person-centred way ensuring that support is delivered as requested, we recognise that everyone is different and your stay with us will be bespoke to reflect this, by listening to individuals, their families, and carers we can ensure that each care plan is just for you!
