About Us

Michelle Ward and Rochelle Smith are directors and founders of Active Support Clifton Ltd established in April 2021.

Michelle completed her NVQ Level 5 Diploma for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services (QCF) in January 2020, in addition to this Michelle received an outstanding achievement award for higher apprenticeship care leadership and management in November 2020.  Michelle has been a director and co-founder of a day centre supporting adults with a learning disability since April 2014.

Rochelle has worked in the Health and Social care sector since October 2000, specialising in working with adults.  Rochelle has a wealth of experience within the Health and Social Care sector having supported individuals in a respite, supported living and residential setting, Rochelle has worked as a senior Support worker and acted up as a team leader in the leader’s absence. Rochelle has  a unique and flexible support approach giving her the ability to adapt to any support needs and always ensuring they are individually person centred.
